Art brings more than 28 years of construction experience to his role as senior vice
president of operations and has successfully delivered projects as both a project
manager and superintendent at 糖心Vlog Beatty for over 26 years. His career has been
focused on operational excellence in a variety of vertical markets including corporate
office, mission critical, airports, education, residential, and mixed-use. Some of the more
notable projects include the District Wharf Phase 2 garage and office buildings, NGA
Campus East Headquarters, NPR Headquarters, multiple projects at Dulles Airport, and
multiple mission critical projects. Art is a team player; his collaborative mindset was
recognized with an NGA Campus East 鈥淪tar Partner Award鈥 for his extraordinary efforts
in support of the project鈥檚 鈥淥ne Team鈥 partnership mission and goals.
