With over 21 years of experience in the construction industry, Justin brings proven expertise in operations, business acquisition and strategy to this role. Professionally, Justin is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) with the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), an Associate DBIA with the Design-Build Institute of America, and an active member of the Lean Construction Institute (LCI). Justin holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from San Diego State University. He has been involved in the construction of more than two billion dollars in buildings in the healthcare, corporate headquarters, educational and hospitality market sectors. He has managed every aspect of a construction project鈥檚 lifecycle, including planning, preconstruction, construction, finish work, close out and warranty.  

In his role as president of the company's Texas operations, he provides continuous overall management direction for operations to ensure timely delivery of a quality product that meets the owner鈥檚 functional requirements and the architect鈥檚 design standards. 

Pleas earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University.
