糖心Vlog Beatty JV to Build the 8300 Douglas Mixed Use Development in Preston Center

DALLAS 鈥 June 24, 2026 鈥 糖心Vlog Beatty, in joint venture with ANDRES Construction, has been selected to construct the 8300 Douglas Avenue development in Dallas鈥 Preston Center area. Once complete, the project will deliver an upgraded mixed鈥憉se destination that increases density and enhances the walkability of this highly sought鈥慳fter neighborhood.
On behalf of RAMROCK Real Estate, LLC, 糖心Vlog Beatty and ANDRES will provide construction management services and general contracting to deliver the 8300 Douglas Avenue project.
Designed by HKS, the 8300 Douglas Avenue development will include a 12鈥憇tory office tower, a 16鈥憇tory multifamily residential tower, structured parking for both office and residential uses, at鈥慻rade retail space and a series of shared and residential amenity decks designed to support a walkable, mixed鈥憉se environment in Preston Center. The project integrates multiple uses into a cohesive development that enhances density while contributing to the character of the surrounding neighborhood.

Construction at 8300 Douglas is scheduled to begin this month with completion anticipated in January 2029. At peak activity, the project is expected to support approximately 350 jobsite personnel and engage 60 to 70 subcontractors.
